Operating out of a modern 44,000 sq. ft. facility spread across three independent buildings, the company has built a strong foundation in knitted apparel production. With a well-structured organizational setup spanning fabric sourcing, merchandising, planning, quality control, and production, Urbasy functions as an integrated manufacturing unit delivering end-to-end solutions – from fabric to finished garments.
The company specializes in knitted fabrics and manages a robust monthly fabric handling capacity of 40–50 tonnes, supported by in-house inspection and quality testing processes. Its production infrastructure includes multiple cutting lines, advanced machinery from global brands such as Brother and Kansai Special, and specialized equipment for value-added processes. With the ability to produce approximately 2,500–4,000 garments per day depending on styles, Urbasy ensures efficiency, consistency, and scalability in manufacturing. Additionally, a dedicated sampling team capable of developing 35–50 samples daily enables the company to respond quickly to evolving design and market requirements.
